Warranty Policy.
At TIDEBOND, each piece is thoughtfully made by us, using premium chains and charms sourced from trusted Australian suppliers. Every item is carefully quality checked — from materials on arrival, through to assembly, and once more before dispatch. While perfection is always our aim, occasional faults can occur.
All jewellery purchased from our store are covered by a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing faults and defects only. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or natural oxidation.
To protect the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend reviewing our Jewellery Care Guide prior to wear. Items not worn in accordance with our care instructions may not be eligible for warranty claims.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
