Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We hope you love your TIDEBOND piece. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be accepted if:

  • Your return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item was purchased at full price

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to accept refunds for:

  • Gift vouchers

  • Sale items, unless deemed faulty

  • Items purchased using a discount or promo code — these are eligible for store credit only, unless faulty

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Processing

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Eligibility for a refund, store credit, or exchange is assessed at the discretion of TIDEBOND, based on the conditions outlined above.

Once approved, returns are processed within 48 hours. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect refunded funds.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email tidebond.southcoast@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging

  3. Lodge the return via your local post office

Once received and approved, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at tidebond.southcoast@gmail.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • 2–3 clear images of the item

We will review your claim and be in touch with the next steps to ensure the best possible outcome.
