Frequently Asked Questions

  • Permanent jewellery is welded closed instead of using a clasp. It’s designed to be worn every day as a seamless piece you don’t take off. Clasps can be added straight away or at a later time

  • Not at all. The welding process is quick and painless, and the jewellery never touches your skin during welding.

  • Yes. If needed, permanent jewellery can be safely removed by cutting the jump ring. It can be re-welded later if you’d like or a clasp added

  • Yes. The process is safe and performed using professional equipment. Eye protection is provided during welding. Or you can watch and film it through your phone

  • Absolutely. Our jewellery is made for everyday wear — including swimming, showering, and beach days with normal jewellery care

  • We use gold filled, vermeil and sterling silver, chosen for durability, comfort, and how beautifully they age over time. (see materials on our home page for a more in-depth breakdown)

  • Walk-ins are welcome at markets and pop-ups. For private events or bookings, please get in touch ahead of time.
